Minnesota’s annual aquaculture conference is teaming up with the WI conference to continue one of the largest aquaculture events in the region. This joint event with Wisconsin will include over 40 presenters from industry, state, federal and tribal facilities and organizations. We will have representatives from the MN State Aquaculture Plan committee to meet and review their work, representatives from both MN and WI state government agencies that work with aquaculture businesses, and business leaders from both states. This conference will also include tours of various local facilities including the UWSP NADF, Red Cliff Tribal Hatchery, Red Cliff Fish Company and Bodin’s processing facility. With both Wisconsin and Minnesota aquaculture associations, this conference is also in collaboration and supported by The Great Lakes Aquaculture Collaborative, Wisconsin Sea Grant, Minnesota Sea Grant and UWSP NADF.
