Price range: $25.00 through $250.00
Throughout the year, as an association, we have monthly open board meetings, regular committee and advocacy work and other ways that you can get involved and meet others interested in Minnesota Aquaculture and Aquaponics. Your membership gives you a vote at the annual membership meeting, in forming our governing board, and discounts on events we organize. Your membership also supports our young organization in its growth.

Description
Minnesota Aquaculture Association Annual Memberships: All membership levels include discounts on special events and access to association member information.
Throughout the year, as an association, we have monthly open board meetings, regular committee and advocacy work and other ways that you can get involved and meet others interested in Minnesota Aquaculture and Aquaponics.
Producer: $100
An individual may become a producer member of the Association if they are in the commercial practice of aquaculture or active in rearing aquaculture products, whether for profit or not. Producer members must be committed to the enhancement of the aquaculture industry and willing to devote time and resources to that end. Active members shall be entitled to participate in all meetings of the Association, serve on its committees, hold office, and vote. Dues: $100.00
Group: $150
A producer member may choose to enroll as a group member if they would like inclusion of themselves, business partners, and/or employees in the Association membership. The group membership shall consist of one producer member with one vote only. Any additional members will be considered a group non-voting member. Only one member from a group membership may hold a seat on the board. Dues: $150.00
Associate: $75
An individual may become an associate member of the Association if they are actively engaged in industry but not directly associated with the practice of aquaculture. Associate members could include representatives from academia, agencies, non-profits, etc. Associate members must be committed to the enhancement of the aquaculture practice. Associate members shall be entitled to participate in all meetings of the Association, may serve on its committees, may hold office and vote. Dues: $75.00
Allied Trade: $250
An organization, corporation, partnership, or other entity may become a member of the Association. The entity shall be either directly or indirectly involved or affiliated with the practice of aquaculture. Allied trade members do not have voting privileges, nor can they serve on the board. Dues: $250.00
Student: $25
A student may become a member if they are actively engaged in a course of study that supports aquaculture. They may vote and hold office. Dues: $25.00/or scholarship.
Honorary. The Association may, from time to time, confer honorary membership on individuals, corporations, partnerships or other entities, having had a special and significant effect on the practice of aquaculture. A certificate or other emolument shall memorialize such designation. An honorary member shall have neither rights nor obligations in or to the Association. No dues.
